How did I lose my fat?
Hello guys, Today I gonna tell you how I did lost my fat within 1 year. If you are looking to lose your fat I'm sure this post will be interest to you.
When I was 18 years old I had very fat body.I think my weight was a more than 100Kg. That body was very difficult for me and I felt very uncomfortable and unhealthy as a teenager. Ifaced to lots of problems because of my ugly fat. Then I decided to lose my weight and I started my fat loss journey at the beginning of 2020.But actually I didn't have any idea about how to do that and I did not have any knowledge about that thing then I started follow some steps as I can.

Diet
Diet is most important thing of that journey. As the my first step I started Dieting. i was not easy-piesy thing for me. But I did that as I can. I stopped getting my lunch at school. I got only ice cream or cool water bottle from McDonald's as my lunch. I avoided getting fast foods, junks food and Drinks step by step. I started eating corn flakes as my breakfast.
Collecting knowledge
If some one want to lose their fat they must have a little knowledge about fitness. Then I started learning about fitness, nutrition, Workouts, cardio and bla bla bla.. I got lots of knowledge about fitness and I am still studying about fitness. I learned about lots of exercises, techniques I never heard. I had analyze that all things and I created fitness plan for a me.
